Retention
Data Retention Policy
How file retention, deletion, expired links, cancelled plans, and inactive workspaces are handled.
Last updated: July 2026Plain-language launch policy. These pages are written for practical customer clarity before public launch. They are not a substitute for formal legal advice, and they may be refined as billing, regional availability, and enterprise contracts mature.
Active Workspaces
Files, galleries, preview metadata, and workspace records may remain available while the account is active, in good standing, and within plan limits.
Storage availability depends on the selected plan, billing status, operational limits, and any custom agreement in place.
Expired Links And Download Gates
Expiring links, protected previews, and controlled downloads may become unavailable when access rules, payment status, expiry settings, or plan limits require restriction.
Expired access does not always mean immediate file deletion; it may only restrict public or client-facing access.
Cancelled, Past-Due, Or Inactive Accounts
If an account is cancelled, past due, inactive, or violates policy, workspace access may be restricted. Files may be retained temporarily to allow billing resolution, export, or support review.
After a reasonable operational retention period, we may delete files, previews, galleries, and related records unless retention is required for legal, security, billing, or dispute reasons.
Customer Deletion Requests
Customers may contact support to request deletion or export guidance. Some deletion requests may require identity, account, or ownership verification.
Backups, logs, billing records, and security records may persist for limited periods where required for operational, legal, or abuse-prevention reasons.
