How refund reviews are handled for storage checkout, subscriptions, activation, and plan access.

General Refund Position
MastaCloud Storage is a digital storage and SaaS product. Once a workspace, storage allocation, or client delivery workflow has been activated, refunds are reviewed case by case.
Nothing in this policy limits rights that may be required by applicable consumer protection law.
Eligible Review Cases
Refund review may be considered for duplicate payments, failed activation, incorrect plan purchase, billing errors, or service access issues caused by our platform.
Requests should include the account email, payment reference if available, selected plan, and a clear description of the issue.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not provided after substantial storage usage, completed client delivery, downloaded final files, misuse, violation of acceptable use rules, or cancellation after the billing period has started.
Custom setup, migration, onboarding, or agency work may have separate terms where agreed before payment.
Plan Changes And Cancellations
Customers may contact support to discuss plan changes, billing issues, or cancellation. Access to files and galleries may be affected by plan status, retention rules, and outstanding billing.
If a third-party payment provider processes the payment, refund timing may depend on that provider and the customer's bank or payment method.
