MastaCloud Storage provides storage workflows, branded client galleries, preview sharing, proofing, workspace access, and controlled final download experiences.
Features may change as the product evolves from MVP and beta releases into broader public availability.
You are responsible for your account, uploaded content, client access settings, gallery links, payment instructions, and compliance with applicable laws and client agreements.
You must only upload files you own, are authorized to store, or are legally allowed to deliver to clients.
Workspace access may require login, active entitlement, selected plan, successful checkout, or manual activation depending on your account status.
We may suspend or restrict access if there is abuse, non-payment, security risk, policy violation, or operational risk to the platform.
Plans may include storage limits, gallery access rules, checkout requirements, and feature restrictions. The selected plan controls the available workspace capacity and delivery features.
Controlled downloads help sellers control final file release, but sellers remain responsible for their own client agreements, invoices, tax obligations, and dispute handling.
We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, provider outages, network issues, or abuse prevention may affect access.
We may update these terms, product features, plan limits, or operational rules as the service matures.
