For payment, plan activation, refund review, duplicate payment, or checkout issues, include the payment reference if available.
If your workspace does not unlock after checkout, contact support with the email used during payment or activation.
For upload, preview, share link, client access, proofing, or final download issues, include the affected gallery name or link.
Do not send private passwords, PINs, or sensitive client files through email unless support specifically asks for a safe troubleshooting method.
