How MastaCloud Storage handles account data, uploaded files, client galleries, and support information.

We collect account and workspace details such as name, email, phone number, studio or business name, selected plan, billing status, and support messages.
When you use storage features, we process file metadata, gallery names, client delivery settings, access status, preview settings, download activity, and workspace usage information.
Uploaded files are used to provide storage, gallery previews, client proofing, final downloads, and related workspace features.
We do not claim ownership of your files. You remain responsible for the files you upload, the permissions you have to use them, and the client delivery rules you configure.
We use information to operate the service, authenticate workspace access, process checkout and activation, provide support, protect against abuse, improve reliability, and communicate service updates.
We may use aggregated operational metrics to understand storage usage, performance, and product quality without exposing private customer files publicly.
We may use infrastructure, payment, email, analytics, and support providers to run the service. These providers only receive information needed to perform their service function.
We may disclose information when required to comply with law, enforce our terms, investigate abuse, protect users, or respond to valid legal process.
We use access controls, signed access patterns, private workspace routes, and operational safeguards to reduce unauthorized access risk.
No cloud service can guarantee absolute security. Customers should use strong account practices and avoid sharing private access links with unauthorized people.
